Shipping Policy:
 Thank you for shopping with us. Please note the following details regarding our shipping process:
 Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 working days for deliveries within Cairo. For deliveries outside Cairo, orders will be shipped within one working week. Shipping time begins after the order is confirmed, which includes the successful transfer of the shipping fees as a deposit. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us. Return & Refund
 Due to the handcrafted & fragrance nature of our products and our commitment to sustainability, we do not offer return or exchange unless the product is defective. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on Instagram Damage &issues: Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damage or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it writeÂ
Exchanges & refund :
 After contacting our team we’ll notify you once we have received and inspect your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. In case of approval we’ll arrange it with you and it’ll done during 10 working days.
Return & exchange fees :
 A return or Exchange fees 100 EGP will be applicable for all transaction
